The goal of this law firm is to provide high quality legal representation for disabled individuals and military veterans who have been denied benefits by the Social Security Administration and/or the Veterans Administration. Elie Halpern & Associates, PLLC has very strong roots back to 1968 which originated in the legal services movement. Each attorney in the firm possesses significant experience in the legal representation of the poor, disadvantaged and disabled. The firm provides a nurturing, caring and personalized environment both for the claimants and veterans we represent and in interpersonal relationships among staff.

Elie Halpern & Associates, PLLC, has four offices located in Olympia, Seattle, Washington and Bend, Oregon and also travels to Aberdeen, Washington to see people in Grays Harbor, County. We currently have six attorneys practicing full time totaling over 100 years of legal experience, one certified non-attorney Social Security representative, one certified non-attorney Veterans’ advocate, and eleven support administrative staff
